**Salary:** USD 44,000–105,000

**Workplace:** remote

## Description

Red hot inbound applicants. A winning team.

The Wall Street Quants is the fastest-growing bootcamp in our space, founded by real Wall Street quants and run by experienced entrepreneurs who have built and scaled businesses before.

If you have worked in programme admissions, the mechanics here will feel familiar. The applicant will not. Ours are not exploring whether tech might suit them. They are established engineers, physicists and mathematicians assessing a specific, demanding move into quantitative finance. Less explaining. More substance. Far better conversations.

RED HOT INBOUND APPLICANTS

Around 80% of your time is in scheduled consultations with applicants who came to us. They attended a full session about the programme and asked to speak with an advisor. No cold outreach and no list building.

The other 20% is following up with applicants still deciding, confirming appointments so people attend, and handling the questions that arrive between calls.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Conduct scheduled consultations with prospective students, typically 20 to 35 minutes.

Assess background, goals and readiness, and advise honestly on fit, including when it is not the right time for someone.

Explain tuition and payment options clearly.

Handle objections with care, including cost, timing, family and confidence.

Stay in contact with undecided applicants until they reach a decision either way.

Confirm your own upcoming appointments so people attend.

Keep applicant records current in the CRM.

COMPENSATION

$2,500 USD base per month, paid on a fixed date, plus commission on the tuition you collect.

On-target earnings: $84,000 USD per year for an advisor working a full calendar.

WHAT WE GIVE YOU

A structured 90-day ramp with progressive targets, so you get a fair run before you are judged on results. Weekly coaching from your own recorded calls. Full training on quantitative finance and the programme. Every advisor's numbers are published internally, so there is never any mystery about how you are doing.

## Requirements

Two or more years in admissions, enrollment or education sales, working with students in the US or Canada.

A track record of hitting an enrollment or cash target. Bring the numbers.

You know how to sell. You can run a real conversation, get to the truth of what someone wants, handle objections on cost, timing and confidence, and ask for the decision.

You are a great student. We coach every week from your own recorded calls. The people who win here are the ones who take feedback and apply it immediately.

Fluent, natural English. Your accent should not require a US listener to concentrate, and prospects on an imperfect connection should not need you to repeat yourself.

Available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm US Eastern.

A professional video setup: 1080p webcam at eye level, a headset with a dedicated microphone, a tidy uncluttered background, and front-facing lighting. Laptop webcams and earbuds are not sufficient.

Wired broadband of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, plus a mobile hotspot as backup.

Disciplined CRM habits. Every conversation logged, every opportunity current.

A PLUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED

Knowledge of quantitative finance, trading or the markets. We will teach you everything you need to know about the product and the industry. You bring the selling ability and the willingness to learn.
