## Description

This is a high-impact, analytical role responsible for administering the firm's critical data infrastructure and translating complex data into actionable business intelligence. The **Hubspot CRM Lead** will fully own the HubSpot CRM, generate performance insights for marketing and sales, and develop operational analytics to support the Investment Management team.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   **HubSpot CRM Administration & Automation:**

-   Full ownership of HubSpot, including managing fields, workflows, data hygiene, permissions, automation, and reporting.
-   Design, build, and maintain analytical dashboards for sales leadership: conversion funnel, cycle time, velocity by persona, and cost per close.
-   Collaborate with commercial teams to execute CRM-based automation that drives pipeline efficiency and scalability.
-   Maintain HubSpot infrastructure as new offerings, personas, and workflows evolve.

-   **Marketing & Sales Performance Insights:**

-   Analyze CRM, ad channel, campaign, and team activity data to uncover and profile high-value investor personas.
-   Identify which leads convert the fastest, invest the most, and require the least sales lift.
-   Provide weekly and monthly performance insights to optimize marketing spend and refine outbound sales focus.

-   **Asset Management Data & Operational Analytics:**

-   Extract and normalize data from property management platforms (e.g., AppFolio, ResMan).
-   Build dashboards that visualize key property-level metrics: leasing results, rent growth, delinquency, and occupancy rates.
-   Automate manual reporting workflows to increase staff efficiency and boost data transparency across the firm.

## Requirements

**Prior Experience:** 3–6 years of experience focused on data operations, CRM administration, or analytics roles, ideally supporting sales and marketing functions. Experience in a financial or real estate-related industry is preferred.

**Technical & Systems Expertise:**

-   **HubSpot CRM:** **Advanced capability required** in workflow development, automation, and custom reporting.
-   **Excel:** **Required** advanced analytical skills, including mastery of pivot tables and complex formulas.
-   **Real Estate Systems:** Experience with AppFolio, ResMan, or similar property management platforms is preferred.
-   **Bonus:** Experience building automated dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Data Studio.
