**Join our Philippines team!**

As a Portfolio lead you will lead a high-impact portfolio focused on developing and expanding strategic partnerships across the financial services ecosystem in the Philippines. This senior role drives growth by engaging with key decision-makers, regulators, and institutional partners to advance expansion within the region.

The successful candidate brings deep expertise in the Philippine banking landscape, along with an established network across major financial institutions, government stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. This role is critical in shaping portfolio strategy, strengthening partner engagement, and delivering sustainable, year-over-year growth.

The Portfolio lead is responsible for overseeing portfolio performance, contributing to strategic planning and reporting, serving as a key escalation point to resolve delivery challenges, and leading a high-performing team to execute partnership strategies at scale.

**What You’ll do**

**Strategic Account Planning + Management**

-   Lead portfolio strategy and execution, ensuring achievement of growth targets, performance objectives, and key milestones across financial institution partnerships
-   Own and cultivate senior-level relationships with institutional partners, aligning long-term partnership strategies with regional business priorities
-   Oversee application of global frameworks for partnership design, solution delivery, and performance management across the portfolio

**Business Development**

-   Drive expansion of strategic partnerships across the financial services ecosystem, unlocking new opportunities for growth and scale
-   Leverage industry relationships and regulatory awareness to engage key decision-makers and influence complex partnership structures
-   Identify and develop high-impact partnerships that support financial inclusion, infrastructure financing, and broader market expansion

**Business Metrics + Reporting**

-   Monitor portfolio performance, including growth metrics, execution progress, and funding utilization
-   Provide clear, data-driven insights on portfolio health, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
-   Develop forecasts and strategic recommendations to guide planning and investment decisions

**Talent Management**

-   Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver on portfolio and partnership objectives
-   Align team priorities and capabilities with strategic goals to drive consistent performance and impact
-   Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure coordinated execution and delivery

## Requirements

**What Makes you a great fit**

-    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
-   10+ years of progressive experience in banking, financial services, or development finance, with a focus on institutional partnerships and account growth
-   Established network across the Philippine financial services ecosystem, including relationships with senior stakeholders in banks, government entities, and regulatory bodies (e.g., SEC, BSP)
-   Proven track record of expanding strategic partnerships, growing accounts, and delivering measurable business outcomes
-   Demonstrated experience working with major Philippine banks.
-   Experience in institutional or corporate banking, development finance / financial inclusion, or infrastructure / project finance
-   Prior people management experience, with strong communication and stakeholder influence skills at senior levels; fluent in English
