**Join Us**

We are seeking an experienced **Partnership Account Manager (Banking & Financial Services)** to drive the success of strategic partnerships within the financial services ecosystem. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in **banking or financial services, account management, and business development** who thrives in a purpose-driven, impact-focused environment.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to partner institutions—leading account performance, strengthening relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that advance financial inclusion and sustainable impact.

**What You’ll do**

**Account & Partnership Management**

-   **Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned partner accounts**
-   **Drive high levels of partner satisfaction, retention, and account growth**
-   **Deliver partner-facing initiatives and ensure successful implementation of programs**
-   **Maintain accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and decision-making**

**Business Development**

-   **Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers across banking and financial institutions**
-   **Identify and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with growth strategies**
-   **Contribute to pipeline development and expansion of financial inclusion initiatives**

**Performance & Reporting**

-   **Monitor and report on account performance, program execution, and impact metrics**
-   **Provide insights on funding utilization and forecast progress against plans**
-   **Support data-driven decision-making across internal and external stakeholders**

## Requirements

**What Makes you a great fit**

-   **Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience**

-   **5+ years of experience in account management and business development, preferably in:**

·       **Banking or financial institutions**

·       **Microfinance or MSME lending**

·       **Financial inclusion or infrastructure financing (water/sanitation a plus)**

-   **Proven success in growing accounts and managing complex partnerships**

-   **Strong command of written and spoken English**

**Travel Requirement**  

-   Up to 25% of domestic and international travel.  

**Being authorized to work in the country posted is a precondition of employment.**
