**Role Overview**

As a **Partner SDR**, you are the strategic engine behind Wati’s indirect revenue growth. This isn't just about chasing individual deals—it’s about building a scalable machine. You will identify, recruit, and activate a high-performing ecosystem of **Resellers, Digital Agencies, and Integrators** across Southeast Asia. Focusing on Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore, your mission is to ensure every partner is equipped, inspired, and empowered to succeed with Wati’s customer engagement solutions.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   **Ecosystem Expansion:** Research, identify, and recruit high-value partner prospects across various streams, including Affiliates, Resellers, and Technology Integrators.
-   **Strategic Outreach:** Design and execute multi-channel outbound "partner plays" (cold calling, LinkedIn, email) to build a pipeline of potential collaborators.
-   **Partner Activation & Enablement:** Lead the "vet and groom" process. Conduct training sessions and develop enablement kits (pitch decks, FAQs, one-pagers, battle cards) to ensure partners can confidently represent Wati.
-   **Lead Management:** Qualify partner-generated leads and navigate them through the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless hand-off to Account Executives.
-   **Inbound Management:** Act as the first point of contact for inbound partner inquiries, vetting them for strategic fit and onboarding them into the training program.
-   **GTM Support:** Act as a "concierge" for a partner’s first Go-To-Market motion, providing the support needed to close their initial sales opportunities.
-   **Market Analysis:** Continually analyze the SEA partner landscape to identify gaps and opportunities for new integration or referral alliances.

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** 2+ years of success in a Partnership, SDR, or B2B Sales role within the SaaS industry.
-   **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree holder.
-   **Language Mastery:** Professional fluency in **English, Mandarin, and Cantonese** is required to support our key SEA markets (HK, MY, SG).
-   **Communication Skills:** Superior verbal and written skills; you must be fearless on the phone and thoughtful in your written outreach.
-   **Technical Toolset:** Proficiency in CRM workflows, MS Excel for data tracking and PPT for partner presentations.
-   **Track Record:** A proven history of hitting (and exceeding) performance targets.
