## Description

At Plus Studios, We Are Social’s production hub, we are looking for a highly creative Video Editing Intern who is ready to take on the digital world to join our post-production team.

**What will your mission be?** 

Under the supervision of our senior editors, you’ll help bring global campaigns to life, adapting content to the native language of each social platform.

**What will your day-to-day look like?**

-   **Format adaptation & cutdowns**: Resizing main campaign videos into multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) for various channels, and editing shorter versions while keeping the core message intact.
-   **Social Media native editing:** Creating dynamic, fast-paced content tailored for platforms like TikTok or Instagram Reels. A major part of this involves generating, syncing, and animating engaging subtitles for sound-off viewing.
-   **Basic post-production:** Adding graphic elements, lower thirds, and end cards (logos, legal text, and calls to action) while strictly adhering to the client's visual brand guidelines.
-   **Support on revisions & final exports:** Execute quick requested changes and render final deliverables with the exact technical specifications required.

## Requirements

**What are we looking for?**

-   No prior experience is necessary; an internship or a first step into the workforce is enough. However, any previous experience will be highly valued.
-   Fluency in editing, animation, sound, and color tools and software.
-   Basic knowledge of formats.
-   Visual culture, a strong sense of pacing/rhythm, and a digital-native language.
-   Detail-oriented.
-   Organizational skills.
-   Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
-   Fluent English (written and speaking)

**Mandatory requirement:** Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university or school.
