### The Opportunity

We are seeking a **Managing Director** who is both a **producer and a builder**—someone with a strong track record in financial services and proven experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.

This role is designed for leaders who want to **build their own practice while scaling an organization** within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

### What You’ll Do

-   **Build and lead your own team** of Financial Professionals
-   Actively recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum **8 hires per year**)
-   Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability

-   Deliver holistic financial strategies to clients using a consultative approach
