## Description

We are seeking an **AI Solutions Specialist t**o support the development and implementation of AI-enabled tools for recruitment, candidate matching, skills assessment and HR process automation.

This is an opportunity for a professional who understands both technology and business needs and wants to work at the intersection of **AI, HR and digital product innovation.**

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Translate HR and recruitment needs into AI-enabled product features.
-   Work with product, data and technology teams to design AI workflows.
-   Support the development of candidate matching, CV parsing, skills assessment and shortlist automation tools.
-   Test and improve AI outputs for accuracy, fairness and usability.
-   Collaborate with clients to understand recruitment pain points and propose solutions.
-   Monitor trends in AI, HR tech and responsible AI practices.
-   Prepare documentation, user guides and internal training material.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in AI, product, HR tech, data, recruitment technology or digital transformation.
-   Understanding of AI tools, LLMs, automation platforms or data-driven decision systems.
-   Ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution.
-   Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
-   Knowledge of recruitment, assessment or HR processes will be a strong advantage.
-   Familiarity with Python, APIs, no-code/low-code tools or AI workflow platforms is a plus.
