## Description

We are looking for a Financial Data & Automation Analyst who combines strong financial acumen with proficiency in modern technology and data analytics tools.

The role focuses on transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights to support business decision-making, developing dashboards, and automating reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes as part of the company's digital transformation.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Analyze profit and loss (P&L), costs, profit margins, and key financial KPIs.
-   Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
-   Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
-   Automate reporting processes and integrate data from various business systems.
-   Build financial models to evaluate strategic business decisions.
-   Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to address financial reporting and analysis needs.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
-   2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Controlling, or Business Analysis.
-   Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and Power BI.
-   Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial metrics.
-   Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power Automate, or AI-powered tools will be considered an asset.
