## Description

Do you enjoy the world of beauty? Can you see yourself helping customers find skincare, makeup and fragrance products that suit them?

We are looking for Beauty Advisors for the cosmetics and fragrance departments of major department stores in Marousi. The role combines personalised customer service with product presentation and sales, based on each customer’s needs and preferences.

**Responsibilities**

-   Identifying customers’ needs and preferences and recommending suitable products.
-   Presenting skincare and makeup products and applying them to customers.
-   Promoting products and contributing to individual and team sales targets.
-   Informing customers about promotions, events and the loyalty programme.
-   Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the sales area in line with brand standards.
-   Receiving and organising merchandise and monitoring stock levels.
-   Working with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a similar role in a cosmetics store or in providing beauty services.
-   An interest in cosmetics, fragrances and skincare.
-   Knowledge of English and Microsoft Office.
-   Ability to understand customer needs and clearly explain how to use products.
-   Ability to build trusting relationships through personalised customer service.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise during busy periods.
-   Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
