**Role overview :**

We're looking for an experienced, detail-driven Travel Agent to join the webook.com team someone who knows Amadeus inside out and can own the full booking lifecycle from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be managing end-to-end reservations for corporate and leisure clients, handling everything from fare construction and ticketing to reissues, refunds, and irregular operations all while delivering a seamless client experience.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Managing PNRs across flights, hotels, cars, and ancillaries in Amadeus
-   Constructing and pricing fares (published, private, and corporate) and issuing tickets
-   Processing reissues, revalidations, voids, refunds, and EMDs in line with fare rules
-   Handling schedule changes, IROPs, and cancellations proactively
-   Advising clients on itineraries, fare options, visa/entry requirements, and more
-   Managing daily queues within SLA and maintaining BSP reporting accuracy
-   Coordinating with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers on waivers and group requests
-   Delivering high-quality service across phone, email, and chat including escalations

## Requirements

-   IATA/UFTAA certification (Foundation or Consultant level) mandatory
-   Bachelor degree
-   2–5 years of experience in an IATA-accredited agency or TMC
-   Advanced Amadeus proficiency cryptic commands, PNR servicing, fare pricing, ticketing, reissue/refund (ATC)
-   Solid knowledge of fare construction, fare rules, taxes, and interline/codeshare handling
-   Familiarity with BSP processes, ADM prevention, and ticketing compliance
-   Strong geography and airline network knowledge
-   Excellent communication in English , Arabic is a plus
-   High attention to detail and able to multitask across systems under pressure
