We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in **administrative / executive assistance** to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

-   Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling;
-   Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas when needed;
-   Manage and organize email inboxes;
-   Handle travel arrangements and itineraries;
-   Conduct online research and gather information as requested;
-   Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and spreadsheets;
-   Follow up on tasks and deadlines;
-   Assist with project coordination and administrative operations;
-   Maintain accurate records and documentation;
-   Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams;

## Requirements

-   Fluent English (written and spoken);
-   Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Virtual Assistant;
-   Experience supporting C-level executives;
-   Experience with project management tools;
-   Experience with CRM systems;
-   Experience with calendar and email management;
-   Strong organizational and time-management skills;
-   Excellent written and verbal communication;
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
