## Description

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in **sales** to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

-   Respond promptly to warm inbound leads and conduct daily outbound calls and emails;
-   Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and identify the appropriate solution or next step;
-   Schedule qualified prospects for consultations or the appropriate sales team member;
-   Prospect for new customers through phone and email outreach;
-   Follow up with unresponsive, inactive, or stalled leads and opportunities;
-   Contact existing customers regarding reorders, expansion, and reactivation opportunities;
-   Build rapport, handle basic objections, and guide prospects through the sales process;
-   Maintain accurate CRM records, including outreach activity, conversations, and next steps;
-   Meet daily activity expectations and contribute to pipeline and sales goals;

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in sales, inside sales, sales development, lead generation, or appointment setting;
-   Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills;
-   Confident, natural phone presence and strong interpersonal skills;
-   Ability to build rapport, conduct basic discovery, and handle objections;
-   Comfortable with cold outreach, high-volume follow-up, and rejection;
-   Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail;
-   Experience with Salesforce, ClickUp, or a similar CRM;
-   Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across multiple tools;
-   Self-motivated, coachable, reliable, and comfortable working toward measurable goals;
-   Reliable internet, professional headset, and quiet remote workspace;
