We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in **website management and SEO** to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

-   Manage and maintain the **WordPress website** (pages, blog posts, layouts, updates);
-   Create and update **service pages, landing pages, and website content;**
-   Ensure the website is functioning properly across devices (desktop/mobile responsiveness);
-   Monitor and fix issues such as **broken links, formatting errors, and performance issues;**
-   Perform **on-page SEO optimization** (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, etc.);
-   Conduct keyword research and optimization using **Search Atlas;**
-   Track keyword performance and SEO improvements;
-   Identify SEO opportunities and implement improvements proactively;
-   Build and manage **funnels, forms, and automations** in Go High Level;
-   Ensure proper **lead flow from the website into the CRM;**
-   Monitor systems to ensure everything is connected and functioning correctly;
-   Track and report on **SEO performance and website updates;**
-   Identify issues and continuously improve website performance and conversions;
-   Proactively suggest and implement improvements across systems;

## Requirements

-   Strong experience with **WordPress website management;**

-   Proven experience with **on-page SEO optimization;**
-   Hands-on experience with **Search Atlas;**
-   Experience with **Go High Level** (funnels, forms, automations);
-   Ability to work **independently with minimal supervision;**
-   Strong problem-solving mindset (**able to figure things out and execute**);
-   High attention to detail and organization;
-   Good written English communication skills;
-   Availability to work on a **fixed EST schedule;**
-   Familiarity with **Google Analytics and Search Console;**
-   Basic knowledge of **HTML/CSS;**
-   Experience with **conversion optimization (landing pages);**
-   Background in **home services or real estate is a plus;**
