## Description

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in **sales and lead conversion** to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

-   Handle **inbound lead and discovery calls** generated from marketing campaigns;
-   Conduct **short (10–15 minute) sales conversations** to qualify and convert leads;
-   Clearly explain services using **scripts and structured messaging;**
-   Guide prospects through the decision-making process and help close deals;
-   Support **onboarding of new customers** after conversion;
-   Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates;
-   Assist with ongoing communication and relationship management;
-   Maintain and update **CRM records and sales pipeline;**
-   Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes;
-   Ensure data is accurate and organized;
-   Assist with **outreach and follow-up efforts;**
-   Support newsletters and communication when needed;
-   Contribute to improving and scaling the **sales process over time;**

## Requirements

-   Fluent in **English and Spanish (spoken and written);**
-   Experience in **healthcare, pharmacy, or a related industry;**
-   Strong **sales and communication skills**, especially on calls;
-   Experience with **lead qualification and closing conversations;**
-   Comfortable following scripts while adapting naturally to conversations;
-   Proactive, self-driven mindset with ability to work independently;
-   Comfortable in a **fast-paced, growing environment;**
-   Background in **sales, lead generation, or customer onboarding;**
-   Experience using **CRM tools and managing pipelines;**
