We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in **inside sales** to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

-   Handle inbound and outbound leads via phone calls, text messages, and email.
-   Follow up with leads using the CRM and established sales systems.
-   Qualify potential buyers and sellers based on motivation, timeline, and readiness.
-   Nurture relationships with prospects through consistent and professional communication.
-   Schedule qualified appointments for real estate agents.
-   Track lead activity, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
-   Maintain a positive and professional brand image in all client interactions.
-   Collaborate with the team to improve lead conversion and communication strategies.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service;
-   English fluency with clear, confident phone communication;
-   Comfortable handling outbound calls and follow-up conversations;
-   Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems, dialers, and digital communication tools;
-   Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented;
-   Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail;
-   Experience with real estate CRMs or platforms (e.g., Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, KV Core) is a plus;
-   Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently in a remote environment;
