We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in **customer service** to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

-   Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS;
-   Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions;
-   Escalate complex issues when necessary;
-   Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems;
-   Follow up with customers as needed;
-   Assist with order tracking, account updates, and general support requests;
-   Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all interactions;

## Requirements

-   Fluent English (written and spoken);
-   Previous customer service experience;
-   Experience in remote customer support;
-   Experience with phone-based support;
-   Experience with ticketing systems;
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
-   Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally;
-   Experience using CRM systems;
