## Description

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in **property management** to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

-   Manage day-to-day property operations remotely;
-   Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, text, email, and WhatsApp;
-   Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and contractors;
-   Track open work orders and ensure timely resolution;
-   Assist with rent collection and payment follow-ups;
-   Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and property turnovers;
-   Maintain organized records including leases, invoices, tenant files, and property documentation;
-   Communicate with Section 8 / Housing Authority representatives when needed;
-   Help source and coordinate vendors for repairs and renovations;
-   Monitor property issues and escalate urgent matters promptly;
-   Assist with leasing coordination and tenant screening processes;
-   Keep internal systems, spreadsheets, and property management software updated;
-   Support ownership with reporting, operational tracking, and administrative tasks;
-   Use AI tools and automation platforms to improve efficiency and streamline workflows;

## Requirements

-   Fluent in both **English and Spanish** (written and verbal);
-   Previous experience in **property management, real estate operations, or a similar role**;
-   Experience with **Doorloop, Buildium**, or similar property management software;
-   Experience working with **Section 8** or **affordable housing programs**;
-   Familiarity with **Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, or ClickUp;**
-   Experience using **AI** **tools** such as **ChatGPT** to improve workflows and reporting;
-   Experience managing remote vendors or service providers;
-   Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
-   Excellent communication and follow-through;
-   Comfortable handling difficult tenant conversations professionally;
-   Experience coordinating maintenance vendors and contractors;
-   Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability;
-   Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently;
-   Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools;
-   Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment;
