## Description

_WeconnectU, a leading SaaS provider in the property management industry, is looking for a_ _**Business Development Manager**_ _to drive sales and expand our footprint in the_ _**Western Cape**__. Our target market is Property Managers and Rental Agents/Administrators (whether Franchises or independents agencies). This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with experience in property management and software solutions._

_You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals to help property managers streamline their operations with our innovative software._

_**Key Responsibilities**_

-   _Identify and engage new business opportunities within the property management sector._
-   _Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients._
-   _Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of WeconnectU._
-   _Develop sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets._
-   _Handle negotiations and contract finalization with clients._
-   _Work closely with the marketing and sales team to execute campaigns._
-   _Provide ongoing client support to ensure retention and satisfaction._
-   _Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies._

## Requirements

-   _2-3 years of experience in sales and business development (property management sales or SaaS sales will be advantageous)_
-   _Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, or a related field._
-   _Experience in financial software solutions (advantageous)._
-   _Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM platforms for sales tracking._
-   _Excellent verbal and written communication abilities._
-   _A keen understanding of property management processes is preferred._
