We are looking for an accomplished **Delivery Head** to lead large-scale delivery operations, drive strategic execution, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple business-critical programs. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing complex project portfolios, building high-performing teams, and delivering technology-driven solutions at scale. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with exceptional delivery expertise to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

As the Delivery Head, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end program execution, optimizing delivery processes, managing financial performance, and fostering long-term client relationships. You will work closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale programs and strategic initiatives across business units.
-   Develop and execute delivery strategies that align with organizational goals and customer expectations.
-   Drive excellence in **Program Delivery Management**, ensuring predictable, high-quality, and timely execution.
-   Oversee **Project Delivery** across cross-functional teams while managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
-   Own delivery governance, establish KPIs, and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
-   Manage customer relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams to align execution with business priorities.
-   Build, mentor, and lead high-performing delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
-   Drive process optimization, automation, and delivery excellence through standardized frameworks and methodologies.
-   Ensure effective risk management, issue resolution, and proactive stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycles.
-   Lead strategic planning, capacity management, and resource forecasting to support business growth.

### Financial & Business Responsibilities

-   Own and manage **P&L (Profit and Loss) Management** for delivery portfolios, ensuring profitability and sustainable business performance.
-   Optimize resource utilization while balancing delivery quality, customer expectations, and financial objectives.
-   Drive revenue growth through successful delivery, customer retention, and identification of expansion opportunities.
-   Manage budgets, forecasting, cost optimization initiatives, and financial reporting for delivery operations.
-   Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, solutioning, estimations, and client presentations.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

-   12–22 years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or delivery leadership roles.
-   Proven expertise in **Program Delivery Management** and managing large, complex transformation initiatives.
-   Strong experience in **Project Delivery** across multiple concurrent programs with distributed teams.
-   Demonstrated experience in **P&L Management**, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
-   Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
-   Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
-   Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
-   Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
-   Experience working in fast-paced, customer-centric, and technology-driven environments.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience managing global delivery organizations and geographically distributed teams.
-   Knowledge of digital transformation, cloud technologies, data platforms, AI, or enterprise software delivery.
-   PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certifications are an advantage.
-   MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
