## Requirements

**Responsibilities:**

-   Design, develop, test, and implement solutions in Salesforce.
-   Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering teams.
-   Translate business needs into efficient solutions within Salesforce.
-   Optimize our Salesforce environment for rapid growth.
-   Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
-   Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
-   2 to 4  years of software development experience.
-   Salesforce Development experience on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
-   Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOSL, API.
-   Good oral and written communication skills with excellent collaboration skills.
-   Ability to work on-site at least 3 days a week and work flexible hours to collaborate with global IT and business team members.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Experience in the manufacturing domain.
-   Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certified.
-   Experience with Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls.
-   Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems.

Knowledge of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
