We are seeking a **high-impact AI Delivery Manager with 10–15 years of experience** to oversee **enterprise-level AI/ML and GenAI initiatives** from inception through to deployment.

This position suits a professional who excels in **global delivery settings**, handles **large-scale program management**, and has the ability to implement **AI solutions across complex enterprise environments**.

## Requirements

🎯 **Primary Responsibilities**

-   Oversee the **complete delivery lifecycle** of AI/ML & GenAI projects (from POC to production)
-   Coordinate programs involving:
-   Large Language Model (LLM) applications (RAG, Agents, Copilots)
-   Data science and machine learning deployments
-   AI-powered automation initiatives
-   Lead **program governance, KPI tracking, and excellence in delivery**
-   Collaborate with **executive stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Product Leaders)**
-   Oversee **global and distributed engineering and data teams**
-   Ensure **timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery**

🧠 **Experience Required**

-   10 to 15 years of experience in **Program or Delivery Management**
-   Demonstrated success managing **large enterprise-level programs**
-   Practical experience with **AI/ML/GenAI projects (1 to 3+ years)**
-   Strong expertise in:
-   Global delivery frameworks
-   Stakeholder engagement
-   Budget management and portfolio ownership
-   Preferred background in **data platforms or enterprise systems**

⚙️ **Preferred Technical Knowledge**

-   Familiarity with GenAI technologies such as LangChain, LLM frameworks, and AI copilots
-   Experience with cloud providers (**AWS, Azure, GCP**)
