We are looking for a **Java Technical Consultant** with strong experience in Core Java and Spring Boot to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cloud platforms and a strong understanding of the **banking domain**, with the ability to work on complex technical solutions in a product-oriented environment.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using **Core Java** and **Spring Boot**.
-   Develop robust and high-performance backend services aligned with business and technical requirements.
-   Work with cloud platforms such as **AWS, Azure, or GCP** to build and deploy enterprise applications.
-   Apply banking domain knowledge to understand business requirements and deliver relevant technology solutions.
-   Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to analyze requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
-   Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable fixes.
-   Follow best practices for coding, application architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
-   Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Qualifications & Experience

-   **3+ years of professional experience** in Core Java development.
-   Strong hands-on experience with **Spring Boot**.
-   Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform: **AWS, Azure, or GCP**.
-   **Banking domain experience is mandatory.**
-   Experience working in a **product-based company** would be an added advantage.
-   Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
