We are seeking a **Data Engineer** to develop and maintain data pipelines, analytical datasets, and enterprise reporting models that support analytics, AI initiatives, manufacturing operations, connected vehicle platforms, and executive decision-making. You will work closely with Analytics and AI teams to deliver high-quality data products that support Tableau dashboards and business intelligence solutions.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Spark, Airflow, Kafka, MQTT, and cloud-native technologies.
-   Build and optimize Redshift data models, analytical datasets, and reporting structures.
-   Create and maintain Tableau-consumable datasets and certified reporting layers.
-   Integrate manufacturing, charging, IoT, ERP, CRM, and operational data sources.
-   Support data quality, validation, reconciliation, and monitoring processes.
-   Develop business-focused dimensional models and analytical data marts.
-   Collaborate with Analytics Engineers and business stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and performance.
-   Support Tableau data source development and reporting initiatives.
-   Optimize Redshift query performance and data processing efficiency.
-   Participate in GitLab-based development, testing, deployment, and code review activities.

**Functional Knowledge**

-   Understanding of manufacturing operations, production analytics, quality reporting, and operational performance measurement.
-   Familiarity with connected vehicle platforms, telemetry data, EV charging analytics, battery performance metrics, and customer usage reporting.
-   Knowledge of enterprise reporting requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Service, Marketing, and HR.
-   Understanding of data warehousing principles, dimensional modeling, analytical data marts, and reporting architectures.
-   Experience supporting Tableau dashboards and self-service business intelligence solutions.
-   Familiarity with KPI development, business metrics, scorecards, and analytical reporting standards.
-   Understanding of data quality, reconciliation processes, governance requirements, and enterprise reporting controls.
-   Ability to collaborate with business users and translate reporting requirements into scalable data solutions.

**Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
-   3-7 years of experience in Data Engineering.
-   Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
-   Experience with Redshift, Spark, Airflow, Kafka, MQTT, and cloud-based data architectures.
-   Experience supporting Tableau reporting environments and business intelligence solutions.
-   Understanding of dimensional modeling, data warehousing, and enterprise reporting architectures.
-   Manufacturing, Automotive, EV, or IoT experience preferred.
