We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Senior Marketing Associate to join a fast-growing team based in Bengaluru. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of experience in content, brand, or creative marketing roles. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s voice and storytelling across all customer touchpoints, from digital ads to social media and CRM communication.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will own the end-to-end creative process—turning ideas into high-performing content that drives engagement and business outcomes. This role blends creativity with performance marketing, requiring you to craft compelling narratives while staying closely aligned with data and campaign results.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and manage high-quality copy for ad campaigns, including headlines, descriptions, and CTAs across digital platforms
-   Own the end-to-end creative lifecycle, from ideation and scripting to execution and approvals
-   Write and refine scripts for video content, ensuring engaging and conversion-focused storytelling
-   Lead creative direction for video production, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies
-   Create design briefs for banners, creatives, and campaign assets aligned with brand guidelines
-   Build and manage social media presence, including content strategy, engagement posts, and campaign execution
-   Develop scalable content templates for CRM channels such as push notifications and messaging platforms
-   Analyze campaign performance and optimize content based on data-driven insights
-   Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including performance marketing, design, and product

**What Makes You a Great Fit**

-   2–4 years of experience in content, brand marketing, or creative roles (startup or agency experience preferred)
-   Exceptional copywriting skills with a strong understanding of brand voice and storytelling
-   Proven ability to create engaging, high-performing content across formats (ads, social, video, CRM)
-   Experience in directing video content and working with production teams or agencies
