We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager with 5–10 years of experience to lead and elevate our brand presence across markets. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines creativity with data-driven thinking and has a proven track record in building, managing, and growing brands. The Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping brand identity, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
-   Own the end-to-end brand lifecycle, ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
-   Lead brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, offline, and integrated channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
-   Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and refine brand positioning.
-   Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, content, and design to ensure cohesive brand communication.
-   Manage brand budgets effectively, optimizing ROI across campaigns and initiatives.
-   Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics such as brand recall, engagement, and campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies accordingly.
-   Oversee content strategy and ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
-   Drive innovation in brand storytelling, leveraging new platforms and trends to enhance brand visibility.
-   Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

**Required Skills & Competencies:**

**Brand Management:**

-   Strong understanding of brand architecture, positioning, and identity development.
-   Proven ability to build and scale brands in competitive markets.

**Brand Marketing:**

-   Expertise in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts.
