We are looking for a proactive and client-focused **Executive – Client Servicing** to act as a key link between clients and internal creative, design, and execution teams. The role involves managing client communication, understanding briefs, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly and to a high standard.

### Key Responsibilities

### Client & Account Management

-   Serve as a key point of contact for clients across projects and ongoing requirements.
-   Attend client meetings, understand briefs, clarify requirements, and translate them into actionable deliverables.
-   Maintain proactive and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
-   Build strong, long-term client relationships through responsiveness and consistent service quality.

-   Bring fresh ideas, themes, formats, references, and concepts to pitches and client projects.
-   Support brainstorming sessions with relevant research, mood boards, references, and creative inspiration.

### Presentations & Proposal Development

-   Assist in developing compelling **pitch decks, event proposals, presentations, and event flow documents**.
-   Work closely with design and content teams to create visually engaging and strategically aligned presentations.
-   Support proposal structuring, budgeting inputs, timelines, and other client-facing materials.
-   Ensure presentations and proposals are accurate, polished, well-structured, and aligned with brand requirements.
