**Data Privacy Manager**

Candidate must hold an LLB or LLM degree from a recognized university, or possess an MBA or Engineering qualification.  
IAPP certification is required.  
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in data privacy, IT law, or technology contracts is essential.

## Requirements

**Key areas of expertise include:**  
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and vendor agreements  
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)  
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)  
Ensuring compliance with cross-border data transfer regulations  
Handling Data Subject Rights (DSR) requests and managing privacy-related legal communications  
Conducting research and analysis of case law and regulatory precedents.

Immediate availability is preferred.
