This is not a traditional content role—it is a founder storytelling and influence-building position. You will take end-to-end ownership of building and scaling a founder’s personal brand across platforms, transforming ideas into high-impact content that drives reach, engagement, and inbound opportunities.

## Requirements

**What You’ll Own:**

-   Build and scale the founder’s personal brand across platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter/X
-   Create and publish 5–7 high-quality, insight-driven posts per week
-   Translate founder ideas, internal discussions, client interactions, and industry trends into compelling, high-performing content
-   Develop a sharp, opinionated, and distinctive founder voice (clear, insightful, and non-generic)
-   Leverage trends across AI, fintech, BFSI, and the startup ecosystem to stay relevant and timely
-   Repurpose podcasts, panel discussions, and events into content that compounds reach and engagement
-   Build a scalable content engine using playbooks, templates, repeatable formats, and a structured content backlog
-   Own content distribution and audience engagement across platforms
-   Track and optimize performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and inbound leads
-   Continuously iterate content strategy with a growth-focused mindset
