## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive product initiatives across presales and lead-conversion systems, including lead scoring, prioritization, workflow management, intervention orchestration, and funnel analytics.
- Develop and enhance lead scoring capabilities by identifying meaningful conversion signals and translating data insights into actionable prioritization models.
- Work closely with Data and Engineering teams to design real-time or near-real-time systems that support effective lead prioritization.
- Define and improve intervention strategies to determine the appropriate timing, communication channel, and engagement approach for prospective customers.
- Optimize workflows used by presales and lead management teams to improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and minimize operational inefficiencies.
- Analyze existing CRM systems and workflows, identify gaps and limitations, and drive redesign or enhancement initiatives to support evolving business requirements.
- Improve the end-to-end lead-to-visit journey by identifying recurring bottlenecks, rework, escalations, and conversion drop-offs.
- Define product priorities based on business impact, conversion opportunities, operational efficiency, and scalability.
- Lead the complete product lifecycle, including problem discovery, requirement definition, solution design, execution, launch, performance analysis, and continuous iteration.
- Partner with Sales, Business, Engineering, and Data teams to balance immediate business needs with long-term platform improvements.
- Define key product metrics, funnel metrics, and instrumentation requirements to measure product performance and conversion outcomes.
- Drive automation opportunities across presales workflows to create scalable and efficient processes.
- Support and mentor Product Managers by improving problem-solving approaches, product thinking, decision-making, and execution quality.
- Influence senior stakeholders through clear communication, data-driven insights, and strong product judgment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Ability to independently structure ambiguous problem statements and translate them into clear product solutions.
- Experience managing multiple interconnected product areas and balancing competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior business and technology leaders.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product ownership, from discovery through execution and post-launch optimization.
