We are looking for a detail-oriented **HR & Accounts Executive** to manage recruitment, HR operations, basic accounting, and administrative activities that support the smooth functioning of the organization. This role is ideal for professionals who can efficiently balance people operations with financial administration while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

As an HR & Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, employee documentation, payroll support, financial record management, billing, and day-to-day office administration. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless HR processes, accurate financial records, and efficient administrative operations in a fast-paced business environment.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
-   Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and employee-related administrative activities.
-   Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
-   Record and maintain daily financial transactions, billing records, invoices, and expense reports.
-   Track payments, pending collections, cash flow, and maintain accurate financial records using Tally.
-   Calculate monthly payroll, incentives, and maintain salary-related documentation.
-   Monitor bank accounts, credit card expenses, repayment schedules, and financial reconciliations.
-   Coordinate with finance professionals and external consultants to support accounting and compliance activities.
-   Prepare reports, maintain company documentation, and ensure timely follow-up on payments, renewals, and administrative tasks.
-   Support day-to-day office operations while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   1+ years of experience in **HR Operations**, **Recruitment**, **Accounts**, or **Administration**.
-   Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
-   Working knowledge of **Tally** and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
-   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and business documentation.
-   Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates, employees, and external stakeholders.
-   Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
-   Ability to maintain confidential employee and financial information with professionalism.
-   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
-   Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
-   Experience working in a startup, agency, or fast-paced business environment will be an added advantage.
