We are looking for an experienced and technically strong **Senior Java Developer** to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The role is ideal for a hands-on software engineer with strong expertise in **Java, Microservices, Apache Kafka, and Microsoft Azure**.

You will be responsible for building robust backend services, developing distributed applications, integrating enterprise systems, and contributing to technical architecture and engineering best practices. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced development environment, solving complex technical problems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong ownership of the complete software development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and designing solutions to development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, test, and maintain **scalable Java-based applications and backend services**.
-   Build and maintain robust **Microservices architectures** using modern Java and Spring-based technologies.
-   Develop highly reliable, event-driven applications and integrations using **Apache Kafka**.
-   Design Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, consumer groups, and message-processing workflows.
-   Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and service-to-service integrations.
-   Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications and microservices on **Microsoft Azure**.
-   Work with Azure services and cloud-native technologies to build scalable and highly available applications.
-   Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and engineering decisions for distributed systems.
-   Identify and resolve complex issues related to application performance, scalability, reliability, and availability.
-   Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code following established engineering standards.

### What Makes You a Great Fit
