Lead comprehensive purchase, inventory, and supply chain operations across various sites. This position is a **transformation-driven role** — perfect for an individual who excels at establishing structure, maintaining process discipline, and promoting commercial excellence within a healthcare setting.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Oversee procurement, vendor development, contract negotiations, and rate standardization across all locations
-   Define inventory standards including reorder levels, stock planning, and monitoring risks related to expiry
-   Enforce controls throughout the procure-to-pay process, covering indents, purchase orders, approvals, and goods receipt notes (GRN)
-   Work collaboratively with pharmacy, finance, and operations teams to optimize costs and ensure compliance
-   Develop and maintain MIS dashboards to track procurement savings, inventory turnover, and vendor performance
-   Lead and mentor a team of 12 to 14 members

### **What We Are Looking For**

-   **8 to 10+ years** of professional experience, with at least **5 years in hospital or healthcare supply chain management (SCM)**
-   MBA or PGDM qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Materials Management, or Hospital Administration
-   Practical experience working with ERP or hospital information systems (experience with KareXpert is an advantage)
-   Experience in **hospitals with 300+ beds**, hospital networks, or large healthcare organizations is preferred
-   Experience managing procurement across multiple locations is desirable
-   Familiarity with NABH standards is a plus
-   **Proficiency in Kannada is preferred**
-   Strong commercial insight, data-driven approach, and a process-oriented mindset
