We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who is genuinely excited about how systems are designed and architected, focusing on understanding service communication, data flow, and building scalable software. This role involves working across the stack with Python, Node.js, React, and Next.js within a microservices architecture. It's an ideal fit for someone with strong fundamentals eager to grow as a systems thinker, taking full ownership from design to deployment in a high-intensity, AI-first engineering environment where strong use of AI tools is expected.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Own and build features end-to-end: design, build, ship, and maintain them in production.
-   Build and maintain backend services in Python and Node.js.
-   Develop frontend applications using React and Next.js.
-   Design and consume REST/JSON APIs between services.
-   Work within a microservices environment, including service boundaries, communication patterns, and failure handling.
-   Participate in system design discussions, read existing designs, ask sharp questions, and propose improvements as you grow.

### **Qualifications**

-   1 to 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
-   Comfortable building backend services in Python and/or Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript), with clean, idiomatic code.
-   Experience building interactive UIs with modern React.js, and working with REST/JSON APIs.
-   Understanding of microservices and distributed systems fundamentals — how services communicate, scalability, and fault handling.
-   Real interest in system design and architecture, including experience working with coding agents/AI tools.
