We are looking for a results-oriented **Performance Marketing Manager** to lead and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Performance Marketing**, with a proven track record of planning, executing, and scaling campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, product, and analytics to develop high-performing campaigns while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

-   Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
