We are looking for an experienced **Senior Operations Manager** to take end-to-end ownership of day-to-day operations across **apparel and garment manufacturing**, including factory management, production coordination, order execution, inventory, logistics, and shipment activities.

The ideal candidate will be a strong operational leader capable of managing teams, coordinating multiple departments, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring production and customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to maintain operational control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Oversee the complete **day-to-day operations of the garment manufacturing facility**.
-   Lead, manage, and coordinate operations and production teams.
-   Allocate responsibilities, monitor team performance, and maintain operational accountability.
-   Coordinate between production, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and other departments.
-   Identify operational bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
-   Ensure production workflows remain aligned with planned schedules and customer commitments.

-   Maintain accurate records of orders, production, inventory, shipments, and operational activities.
-   Prepare and review **MIS reports** covering production, orders, inventory, logistics, and fulfilment.
-   Monitor operational performance using **MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting systems**.
-   Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements with production and procurement teams.
-   Ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, buttons, zippers, packaging materials, and other production inputs.

-   Establish effective processes to improve operational efficiency, order accuracy, and on-time delivery.
