We are looking for a skilled **Qlik Administrator** with **3–8 years of experience** in managing, administering, and optimizing enterprise Qlik environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **QlikView**, **Qlik Sense**, and **Qlik NPrinting**, with hands-on experience in platform administration, security management, performance optimization, and deployment of BI solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and availability of the organization's business intelligence ecosystem while collaborating with developers, business stakeholders, and infrastructure teams.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise **QlikView** and **Qlik Sense** environments across development, testing, and production.
-   Install, upgrade, patch, and troubleshoot Qlik servers while ensuring high availability and optimal system performance.
-   Manage **Qlik NPrinting** infrastructure, including report generation, scheduling, distribution, and troubleshooting.
-   Configure and maintain user authentication, authorization, security rules, and role-based access controls.
-   Monitor server health, application performance, memory utilization, and system logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
-   Manage application deployments, migrations, and version upgrades with minimal downtime.
-   Optimize Qlik applications and server configurations to improve performance and resource utilization.
-   Schedule and monitor data reload tasks, ensuring successful execution and timely availability of dashboards and reports.
-   Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for Qlik environments.
-   Collaborate with BI developers to support application deployment, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
-   Maintain documentation for system architecture, configurations, operational procedures, and administration guidelines.
-   Ensure compliance with organizational security, governance, and data management standards.
-   Provide production support, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
-   Work closely with infrastructure, database, and networking teams to maintain a reliable analytics platform.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
-   **3–8 years of hands-on experience** in Qlik platform administration.
-   Strong expertise in **QlikView** administration, server management, licensing, publishing, and security configuration.
-   Extensive experience with **Qlik Sense Enterprise** administration, including QMC configuration, task scheduling, monitoring, and user management.
-   Hands-on experience administering **Qlik NPrinting**, including report design support, scheduling, distribution, and maintenance.
-   Strong understanding of Qlik architecture, repository management, reload engines, and application lifecycle management.
-   Experience with Windows Server administration and basic networking concepts.
-   Familiarity with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
-   Knowledge of Active Directory integration, SSL certificates, and authentication mechanisms.
-   Experience in troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and optimizing enterprise BI environments.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

### Good to Have Skills

-   Experience with PowerShell scripting or automation for administrative tasks.
-   Knowledge of cloud-based Qlik deployments and hybrid environments.
-   Familiarity with REST APIs, web connectors, and third-party integrations.
-   Experience with monitoring tools and enterprise scheduling platforms.
-   Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
-   Understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
-   Qlik certifications or relevant BI platform certifications will be an added advantage.
