We are looking for a commercially driven and technically strong **Senior Product Manager** to lead international product expansion, with a primary focus on the US e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) market. This role combines product strategy, hands-on execution, go-to-market leadership, customer experience, and AI-powered innovation.

The ideal candidate will have experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products, a strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, and the ability to translate market insights into products that drive customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth. You will operate as an individual contributor, working closely with founders, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to build and commercialise products for international customers.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Own the **product strategy, positioning, and roadmap** for international expansion, with a focus on the US e-commerce and D2C market.
- Conduct market research and in-depth competitive analysis of post-purchase, returns, and related e-commerce solutions, including product capabilities, APIs, pricing models, and business models.
- Translate customer insights and competitive findings into prioritised product requirements, defining what to build, localise, simplify, or deprioritise.
- Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), prioritised requirements, user stories, edge-case scenarios, success metrics, and phased rollout plans.
- Work hands-on with Engineering, Design, and QA teams, participate in sprint planning and reviews, and drive timely product delivery.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, sales narratives, competitive battle cards, and product demonstrations.
- Participate in enterprise sales calls, respond to RFPs, address customer objections, and incorporate win/loss insights into product decisions.
- Design scalable customer onboarding, integration, configuration, go-live, and support processes for international customers.
- Establish service-level expectations and support workflows across time zones, with a strong focus on activation, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop practical AI-powered capabilities, including intelligent buyer support, return-reason analysis, refund decisioning, and delivery-delay prediction.
- Prototype LLM-powered features and agentic workflows while evaluating accuracy, reliability, cost, latency, and business impact.
- Track **MRR, ARR, CAC, activation, pipeline conversion, retention, and churn** to evaluate product and commercial performance.
- Use product analytics, funnel analysis, and experimentation to validate hypotheses, improve user journeys, and guide investment decisions.
- Report progress against international expansion targets and communicate product performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- **4+ years of product management experience**, ideally in B2B SaaS, e-commerce technology, D2C platforms, or enterprise software.
- Experience building, launching, or scaling products from early-stage development to broader market adoption.
- Strong understanding of the **US e-commerce ecosystem**, post-purchase experiences, returns management, and customer retention; direct US-market experience is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, write detailed PRDs, and deliver products through hands-on execution.
- Comfort operating as an individual contributor in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with high ownership and minimal supervision.
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence engaging with enterprise customers, CXOs, and e-commerce leaders.
- Experience supporting sales enablement, product demonstrations, RFP responses, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Fluency in SaaS metrics, including MRR, ARR, CAC, conversion, retention, and churn.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics and data to guide prioritisation and business decisions.
- Practical understanding of **LLMs, AI-powered features, agentic workflows**, and their limitations, including accuracy, cost, and latency trade-offs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work with US time zones regularly and travel occasionally for customer meetings or industry events.
- A customer-obsessed mindset, strong execution skills, and the ability to balance innovation with measurable business outcomes.
