We are looking for an experienced **SAP Delivery Manager** to lead the successful delivery of SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across **SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI**, along with proven experience in managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality project execution. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and project delivery while driving operational excellence.

### **Key Responsibilities**

### **SAP Project Delivery**

-   Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support engagements.
-   Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
-   Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
-   Drive adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and best practices.

### **Stakeholder & Client Management**

-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and project sponsors.
-   Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
-   Provide regular project updates, status reports, and executive-level communication.
-   Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

### **Team Leadership & Coordination**

-   Lead cross-functional SAP teams comprising functional consultants, technical consultants, and support resources.
-   Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal team utilization.
-   Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and promote continuous learning.
-   Foster collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.

### **Solution Delivery**

-   Oversee solution design and delivery across SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI modules.
-   Ensure seamless integration between business processes and SAP solutions.
-   Review functional specifications, solution designs, testing activities, and deployment plans.
-   Support issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live stabilization.

### **Quality & Governance**

-   Ensure compliance with project management standards and organizational governance.
-   Monitor project KPIs, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
-   Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and project outcomes.
-   Maintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge repositories.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**

-   Strong experience in SAP project delivery and delivery management.
-   Hands-on expertise in **SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP MM (Materials Management), and SAP FI (Financial Accounting)**.
-   Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects.
-   Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.
-   Experience leading cross-functional SAP delivery teams.
-   Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

### **Preferred Qualification**

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   SAP certifications in SD, MM, FI, or SAP Project Management are an added advantage.
