We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer to build scalable, reliable, and user-centric software solutions from the ground up. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications using modern web technologies. ## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end application features across backend and frontend systems.
-   Build scalable backend services using Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), and PostgreSQL.
-   Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React and Next.js.
-   Create and maintain integrations with third-party enterprise systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
-   Develop and manage REST APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous workflows.
-   Optimize application performance, security, and scalability while following engineering best practices.
-   Collaborate with product, architecture, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
-   Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with strong attention to quality and reliability.
-   Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development while reviewing generated code to ensure accuracy, maintainability, and security.
-   Troubleshoot production issues, improve existing functionality, and contribute to continuous product enhancements.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
-   Strong hands-on experience with Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), React, and Next.js.
-   Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, relational database design, and SQL optimization.
-   Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
-   Familiarity with asynchronous processing, background jobs, and scalable application architecture.
-   Strong understanding of frontend development, responsive design, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
