**This role is for one of Weekday’s clients  
Salary range: Rs 200000 - Rs 350000 (ie INR 2 - 3.5 LPA)**

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Provide desktop, laptop, hardware, and software support.
-   Handle Break/Fix hardware troubleshooting and OEM/vendor coordination.
-   Perform IMAC activities including Install, Move, Add and Change.
-   Support Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook, Teams and AVD.
-   Manage Active Directory user accounts and basic administration.
-   Handle printer, LAN/WAN, video conferencing and peripheral support.
-   Manage ITSM tickets and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
-   Provide remote and on-site Smart Hands support.
-   Perform patching, driver testing, hardware upgrades and workstation remediation.
-   Support iOS/Android devices through MDM solutions.
-   Maintain focus on first-call resolution and timely escalation.
-   Maintain proper documentation and knowledge base.

Required Skills

-   4+ years of experience in Desktop Support / EUC / IT Support.
-   Strong experience in hardware Break/Fix and troubleshooting.
-   Experience with IMAC and OEM/vendor coordination.
-   Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and ITSM tools.
-   Experience supporting VIP/VVIP users is preferred.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
-   Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
-   Immediate joiners preferred.
