We are seeking a detail-oriented **Logistics Specialist** who is passionate about optimizing supply chain operations through data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in logistics, operations, and MIS reporting who enjoy identifying operational inefficiencies, improving delivery performance, and enhancing end-to-end fulfillment processes.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in monitoring logistics performance, analyzing operational data, and driving continuous process improvements across the supply chain. You will collaborate closely with warehouse, operations, customer support, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries, improve service levels, and build scalable logistics operations that support business growth.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor end-to-end order dispatch, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines across multiple logistics partners.
-   Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to measure logistics KPIs and operational performance.
-   Identify delivery bottlenecks, recurring issues, and process gaps using data analysis, and recommend actionable improvements.
-   Collaborate with warehouse, operations, customer support, and logistics partners to improve delivery turnaround time and service quality.
-   Investigate shipment exceptions, delivery failures, and SLA breaches, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
-   Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers using Advanced Excel to provide business insights.
-   Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and efficient logistics execution.
-   Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
-   Monitor logistics performance trends and recommend scalable solutions to enhance supply chain effectiveness.
-   Support process documentation and contribute to the implementation of logistics best practices.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   3+ years of experience in **Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related domains**.
-   Strong expertise in **Advanced Excel**, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
-   Proven ability to analyze logistics data and improve operational performance through data-driven insights.
-   Experience preparing logistics MIS reports and monitoring key operational metrics and KPIs.
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills with strong attention to detail.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
-   Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Beauty, Consumer Goods, or similar industries is preferred.
-   Familiarity with ERP systems, OMS, WMS, courier aggregators, or logistics management platforms is an added advantage.
