We are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, quantity analysis, and project budgeting activities for construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong technical foundation in civil engineering and are looking to build a career in quantity surveying and project cost management within the real estate and construction domain.

The role involves working closely with site engineers, project managers, and vendors to ensure accurate quantity assessments, cost control, and timely project documentation. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced project environment.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for construction projects.
-   Support cost estimation, budgeting, and project financial planning activities.
-   Verify contractor bills, measurements, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
-   Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and project execution teams for data validation and project updates.
-   Monitor material usage and assist in tracking project costs against approved budgets.
-   Maintain accurate records of quantities, drawings, and project-related documentation.
-   Assist in tendering processes, procurement activities, and vendor comparisons.
-   Support rate analysis and preparation of cost comparison statements.
-   Ensure timely updates of quantity records and reconciliation reports.
-   Assist senior QS professionals in project cost control and reporting activities.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   0–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Real Estate projects.
-   Strong understanding of BOQs, quantity estimation, and cost estimation fundamentals.
-   Basic knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site processes.
-   Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
-   Good analytical and numerical ability with strong attention to detail.
-   Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven project environment.
-   Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
-   Freshers with strong civil engineering knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
