We are looking for a motivated **HR Executive – Talent Acquisition** to support end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing, candidate interaction, and closing mandates while working remotely in a performance-driven environment.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage **full-cycle recruitment** for non-IT positions including sales, marketing, HR, operations, finance, and more
-   Identify candidates using **LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases**
-   Evaluate profiles, conduct initial interviews, and determine candidate suitability
-   Arrange interviews between clients and prospective candidates
-   Maintain candidate pipelines and keep recruitment trackers up to date
-   Follow up with candidates throughout the offer stage and onboarding process
-   Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure a high rate of successful placements

**Candidate Profile**

-   1–3 years of experience in **non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition**
-   Prior experience in **consultancy or agency recruitment** is preferred
-   Proficient sourcing abilities using LinkedIn and various job portals
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Capable of handling multiple job openings concurrently
