**This role is for one of Weekday’s clients  
Salary range: Rs 2500000 - Rs 2800000 (ie INR 25-28 LPA)**  
  
Min Experience: 4+ years  
Location: Banglaore, **Hybrid (2–3 days per week from office)**

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the US Healthcare and/or Health Insurance domain for a full-time opportunity based in Bangalore.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**  
 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.  
 Work with healthcare datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.  
 Support ETL mapping, data transformation, and data validation activities.  
 Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.  
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.  
 Facilitate stakeholder discussions and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.  
 

**Required Skills & Experience**  
 Proven experience working with US Healthcare and/or Health Insurance clients.  
 Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, data models, and datasets.  
 Hands-on experience with ETL mapping, data transformation, and data analysis.  
 Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis skills.  
 Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.  
 Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  
**Shift Requirements**  
 During the first 2 months, the selected candidate will work closely with the US team and should be comfortable supporting US Eastern Time (EST) hours.  
 Following onboarding, the regular work schedule will be 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST.
