We are looking for a **Senior Integration Support Engineer** to drive successful customer onboarding, API integrations, and long-term production support for an enterprise SaaS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating customer systems with the platform, supporting API-based implementations, ensuring seamless go-live experiences, and maintaining reliable production integrations.

You will work closely with customer technical teams, operations stakeholders, third-party partners, and internal engineering teams to deliver scalable, stable, and efficient integration solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work within large-scale e-commerce and retail ecosystems, supporting enterprise customers and complex system integrations.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

### **Customer Onboarding & Enablement**

-   Lead the technical onboarding of new customers, including integration setup, validation, testing, and go-live readiness.
-   Conduct technical training sessions for customer engineering and operations teams covering APIs, integration workflows, and platform capabilities.
-   Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders throughout onboarding and post-implementation support.
-   Ensure smooth onboarding experiences by coordinating technical activities across multiple teams.

### **API Integration & Technical Support**

-   Configure, test, and validate REST API integrations using tools such as Postman.
-   Support integrations with marketplaces, ERP systems, and third-party applications by collaborating with external technical teams.
-   Troubleshoot integration issues and validate end-to-end data flows.
-   Establish and follow standardized testing processes across customer implementations.

### **Production Support & Hypercare**

-   Provide timely technical support during hypercare and post-production phases.
-   Act as the primary technical contact for integration-related incidents, troubleshooting, and escalations.
-   Monitor production integrations to ensure stability, reliability, and optimal performance.
-   Investigate and resolve production issues while minimizing business impact.

### **Documentation & Process Improvement**

-   Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integrations, onboarding procedures, API workflows, and support processes.
-   Identify opportunities to automate onboarding, testing, and production support activities.
-   Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing integration standards and operational processes.
-   Promote best practices for integration quality, documentation, and customer support.

### **Required Qualifications**

-   1–3 years of hands-on experience working with **SQL**.
-   Strong understanding of **REST APIs** and API integration concepts.
-   Experience using API testing tools such as **Postman**.
-   Basic working knowledge of **Java/J2EE**.
-   Experience testing, debugging, and validating system integrations.
-   Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across technical, operational, and customer-facing teams.
-   Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused.
-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

### **Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience working within **E-commerce**, **Retail**, or SaaS environments.
-   Familiarity with ERP systems, marketplaces, and third-party platform integrations.
-   Exposure to production support, incident management, and customer-facing technical roles.
