We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled **Java Developer** to join our engineering team and drive the development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java-based backend development, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures. You will play a key role in designing robust microservices, modernizing legacy applications, and ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and resilient software solutions.

As a senior member of the engineering team, you will collaborate with architects, product managers, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to build innovative solutions that support mission-critical business operations. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building scalable software using modern engineering practices.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using Java.
-   Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions for complex business requirements.
-   Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external services.
-   Deploy, monitor, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
-   Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed environments.
-   Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines and improve CI/CD workflows.
-   Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for software design.
-   Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering excellence.
-   Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to ensure system stability.
-   Work closely with QA, Product, and Infrastructure teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
-   Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
-   Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing platforms.

### Required Qualifications

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   10–15 years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in Java.
-   Proven experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
-   Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes.
-   Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles.
-   Experience developing REST APIs and integrating distributed systems.
-   Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
-   Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
-   Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, caching, and performance tuning.
-   Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
-   Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
