We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on **Senior Software Engineer** to join a core engineering team and contribute to building scalable products and technology platforms from the ground up. This is a strong **individual contributor** role for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, writing high-quality code, and taking ownership across the complete software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Java, Spring Framework, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design**. You will contribute to building reliable and scalable technology solutions for a fast-growing consumer fintech environment.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications and backend services.
-   Participate in the complete **software development lifecycle**, from requirements analysis through production monitoring.
-   Translate functional and technical requirements into reliable and maintainable software solutions.
-   Develop high-quality backend applications using **Java and Spring Framework**.
-   Apply strong object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **7+ years of strong individual-contributor experience** in software engineering or backend development.
