We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Executive** to support and manage key Human Resources and Administration functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in **HR Operations, Recruitment, Time Office Management, Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliance, and Administrative Support**. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

The HR Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining employee records, supporting workforce planning, and contributing to a positive employee experience.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

### Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

-   Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
-   Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
-   Publish job postings on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
-   Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
-   Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.

### Time Office Management

-   Monitor employee attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and regularization requests.
-   Maintain accurate attendance data and generate monthly reports.
-   Coordinate with department heads to address attendance discrepancies and employee queries.
-   Ensure compliance with company attendance and leave policies.

### Payroll Administration

-   Prepare and verify payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
-   Coordinate with payroll vendors or finance teams for timely salary processing.
-   Maintain payroll records and support employees with payroll-related queries.
-   Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in payroll management.

### Statutory Compliance

-   Support compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labor laws.
-   Maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation.
-   Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for compliance-related matters.
-   Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and reports.

### HR Operations & Employee Support

-   Maintain employee files, HRMS records, and personnel documentation.
-   Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
-   Support performance management, employee lifecycle activities, and HR reporting.
-   Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.
-   Prepare HR-related MIS reports and management dashboards.

### Administration

-   Manage day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
-   Coordinate vendor management, office supplies, housekeeping, travel arrangements, and facility maintenance.
-   Support office events, meetings, and employee welfare activities.
-   Maintain records related to administration and office assets.
