We are seeking an experienced **AI Delivery Manager** to lead the successful execution of enterprise AI initiatives from inception through deployment. In this client-facing leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions, including LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI platforms that help organizations automate workflows, enhance customer engagement, and improve operational efficiency.

You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring AI solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer objectives. ## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI projects, including **LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI solutions**.
-   Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing project scope, timelines, risks, expectations, and successful outcomes.
-   Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed project plans, implementation roadmaps, and technical delivery milestones.
-   Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Solution Architecture teams to ensure successful project execution.
-   Leverage modern AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, validate, optimize, and deploy intelligent automation solutions.
-   Drive project governance, delivery quality, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within agreed budgets and schedules.
-   Support customer onboarding, solution adoption, and post-implementation success to maximize business value.
-   Coordinate multiple AI initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high delivery standards.
-   Contribute to process improvements, delivery methodologies, and AI implementation best practices.
-   Collaborate with pre-sales and solution consulting teams during project transitions and solution planning when required.

### **Requirements**

### **Must-Have Skills**

-   6–12 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Program Management.
-   Minimum 1+ year of experience delivering **Artificial Intelligence (AI)** or **Generative AI (GenAI)** projects.
-   Hands-on experience delivering:

-   Chatbots
-   Voicebots
-   Virtual Assistants
-   Conversational AI solutions
-   NLP-powered applications
-   IVR, Telephony, CPaaS, or CCaaS platforms

-   Strong client-facing project management experience with enterprise customers.
-   Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, stakeholder expectations, and delivery quality.
-   Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Experience working in fast-paced SaaS, AI, or technology environments.

### **Good-to-Have Skills**

-   Experience working with **Generative AI**, **LLMs**, and AI platforms such as **ChatGPT**, **Claude**, **Gemini**, GPT models, or similar technologies.
-   Understanding of Conversational AI architecture and enterprise AI implementations.
-   Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other modern project delivery methodologies.
-   Experience leading project teams and mentoring delivery professionals.
-   Exposure to pre-sales, solution consulting, or product management.
-   Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI transformation projects across multiple industries.

### **Preferred Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
-   MBA, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
-   6–12 years of experience in enterprise project delivery with strong exposure to AI-driven solutions.
-   Experience managing SaaS or cloud-based enterprise software implementations.
